URL 大小写

建议 "url_case" => false，URL严格区分大小写

URL不区分大小写的配置

当进行如下配置时

    "url_case" => true,
    "url_case_separator" => "_",		//该项仅当"url_case" => true 时生效

我们可以通过以下两种URL来访问页面

 http://servername.com/Idea-framework/index.php/home/MyClass/sayHello
 http://servername.com/Idea-framework/index.php/home/my_class/say_hello

如果URL中不存在驼峰型参数时，可以实现URL不区分大小写

 http://servername.com/Idea-framework/index.php/home/My/say
 http://servername.com/Idea-framework/index.php/home/my/say
